FuseBox One’s integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud provides clients with seamless access to on-demand email marketing campaigns and analytics directly through your FuseBox One portal. End users access the online portal to order, edit, and execute email campaigns using dynamic templates uploaded by an administrator.
The email’s content and imagery can be seamlessly versioned or personalized using FuseBox One’s form fields. The SaaS delivery model integrates Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s full capabilities for email creation, deliverability, and tracking of campaigns without the need for internal investments in hardware, software, and development resources.
While the Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration can be aligned with any CRM to transfer data and track activity, we’ve engineered it to work seamlessly with our existing Salesforce.com integration. A user can access their FuseBox One marketing management platform from within Salesforce.com (or vice versa pull in their Salesforce.com data from within FuseBox One) and select and build a campaign that is completely customized to their Salesforce.com data. The activity is recorded in both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce for improved sales and marketing success.
